I'm New

Our Church was founded in 1984 when a couple from Perth, Australia moved to Norwich to start a church and we've been going ever since!

We are a pentecostal church for all people. Every member of our diverse congregation has a unique testimony of what Jesus has done in their life. The vision of this Church is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ to Norwich and beyond. We do so through local outreach, preaching, music ministry, and by planting churches.

We have daughter and granddaughter churches in Belfast, Bury St Edmunds, Doncaster, Erdington, Glasgow, Ipswich, Leicester, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Peterborough,  Portsmouth, Rugby, Walsall, Worcester.

We are part of Christian Fellowship Ministries, which has over 2,200 churches worldwide.

Pastor Alan Taylor

Pastor Alan and Karen took over the work here in Norwich in December 2021.  Alan  was converted to Christ 1981, in Geraldton, West Australia. He entered the ministry in 1988, at which time he and his wife Karen were sent from Geraldton to Belfast, Northern Ireland to pioneer a church. Following 17 years of ministry in North Belfast, they pioneered another church in East Belfast.  With Pastor Alan’s clear biblical preaching the church has grown into a strong congregation with an emphasis on evangelism and discipleship.

Pastor Alan and his wife Karen have been married for 34 years and have two daughters who are both married, and involved in the Potters House Church in Beechboro, West Australia.

What to Expect

On-site parking is available for visitors, our parking lot is just behind the church building.

We sing a mix of contemporary and traditional music that is led by our worship team for about 15 minutes, followed by a sermon of approximately 30-40 minutes.   All together a typical service will last about 75 minutes. A nursery is available for children under the age of 3.

We're a friendly church, so feel free to stop by the Welcome Desk if you need any help. Plan to hang around after the service to grab a coffee and meet new people.
